Payment processing is handled by Paddle. We do not store your full credit card details, bank account numbers, or other sensitive payment information on our servers. Paddle processes your payment securely in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
4. Email Communications
When you download a free template, we collect your email address to deliver the template. Pro subscribers receive product updates and template notifications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the one-click unsubscribe link included in every marketing email. Transactional emails (receipts, account notifications) cannot be unsubscribed from. Our emails comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and include a physical mailing address and clear opt-out mechanism.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), secure infrastructure, and access controls. While no system is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Email addresses collected for free template downloads are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion. Payment and subscription data are retained for at least 7 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure, which may use servers located in the United States and other jurisdictions. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to these locations. Supabase maintains appropriate safeguards for international data transfers in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no online service is completely secure. You use this Service at your own risk. We are not responsible for unauthorized access, data breaches caused by factors beyond our control, or any damages resulting from the use of your data by third parties.
