We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer a straightforward refund policy for digital subscriptions and one-time purchases made through freelanceContractTemplates.

2. Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a full refund, you must not have materially downloaded or exported the purchased templates. If you have accessed, downloaded, or exported any template or builder output, we may refuse or partially reduce the refund at our discretion.

3. Subscription Refunds

Monthly subscriptions cancelled within the 14-day window are eligible for a refund of the most recent billing cycle. We do not prorate refunds for partial months. If you have used premium features or downloaded DOCX/PDF exports during the subscription period, the refund may be partially reduced to reflect usage.

4. Lifetime Purchases

One-time lifetime purchases are refundable within 14 days if no templates have been downloaded or exported. Once templates are downloaded, the purchase is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund except in exceptional circumstances.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@freelancecontracttemplates.com with your order ID and the email address used at checkout. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
